Hopefully, they would escape. But then again, they weren’t always lucky.
"You sure took your sweet time," June remarked as the trio climbed the rope up onto the roof. "What can I say? I always love a good run for your life, heheh," Deadrich replied. Once all three of them had made it safely onto the roof, June cut the rope with her dagger. "Well, what are we waiting for? We'll get caught if we don't hurry!" Mr. D growled, starting to map out their escape route.
Taking the lead, the rabolf ran to the edge of the roof and stood up on the ledge. Without waiting to see if his companions were following, he jumped, landing safely on the ledge of another roof. June and Deadrich glanced at each other, then copied Mr. D, both landing behind him. They continued to jump from roof to roof, each time growing more paranoid. Where was Jeff? Had he given up?
Suddenly, as June leaped from across a huge gap to join her companions, Jeff's flaming head apeared from a chimney behind Deadrich. Shocked, June found that she had miscalculated her jump, and nearly missed the ledge if she hadn't grabbed onto it quickly. Now, with June hanging from the ledge of the rooftop, the trio was faced with the anger-ridden knight.
"Mr. D, go help June, I'll take care of this, heheh." Deadrich stepped forward to face Jeff, his signature grin creeping onto his face. What will Deadrich do? Find out next time!
Sorry this took so long, you guys. ;w; And btw, Deadrich can disappear into any shadow or reflective surface as well as cause hallucinations, but his skills with swords and daggers aren't as good as Mr. D's and June's.))
((June, I told ya to always pay attention when jumping from building to building when being chased by Jeff! Silly June. Man this is awesome! I also didn't know that Deadrich could cause hallucinations. That's flipping awesome ^^ ))
